Can you exercise with henna?
Avoid heat treatments, saunas, swimming, sun baking, spray tans, exercise, sweat, brow makeup and perfumed products for at least 24hours. The henna will fade on the skin only as the skin regenerates a new epidermis (top layer of skin) think of it fading like a spray tan does 2-14 days.
