How do you clean Bondo before painting?
The best way I have found to clean it is to blow it off with air gun and then wipe it down with prepsol to get any contaminants off before paint goes on.
How soon can I paint over Bondo?
After it’s sanded and smooth. It takes less than 10 min for the filler to cure. Then sooner you prime, the better. If you leave the filler unprotected, it can asorb moisture and cause the panel to rust.

I agree, you can bondo in cold weather. It will be easier if you keep the bondo warm (in your house) before you measure it out and use it.
